Disclaimer, The Ray Knight Collection

With the purchase of the Ray Knight collection by the Town of Ladysmith, all rights to use were transfered to the Town.  This includes rights to copy, display, lend and dispose of as the Town sees fit.  A copy of the agreement is as below.

As the custodian of the collection the Ladysmith and District Historical Society, in partnership with the Town of Ladysmith is endeavouring to make this collection accessible.  However, any use requires written consent from The Society.  Commercial use will be subject to a fee. however research with permission is permitted with no fee other than reproduction and search charges.
